SERVICE AGREEMENT AND PARTICIPATION IN FINANCIAL PLAN

By this private instrument, on the one hand FROG BNB, hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTED PARTY, and on the other hand the USER/INVESTOR, hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTING PARTY, have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

CLAUSE 1 – OBJECT

The object of this contract is the CONTRACTING PARTY's participation in the plans offered by FROG BNB, with the purpose of obtaining financial returns.

CLAUSE 2 – TERM

The term of this contract is 6 (six) months, counted from the date of activation of the investment on the platform.

CLAUSE 3 – PROFITABILITY

The CONTRACTED PARTY undertakes to credit the CONTRACTING PARTY with a return of 1% (one percent) per day, calculated only on business days, during the term of the contract, according to the platform's rules.

CLAUSE 4 – OPERATING METHOD

The invested amounts will be managed by the CONTRACTED PARTY according to its internal operational strategy, with an electronic panel being made available to the CONTRACTING PARTY to monitor its returns.

CLAUSE 5 – TRANSPARENCY AND IDENTIFICATION

The CONTRACTED PARTY informs that, for security and privacy reasons, it does not publicly disclose the personal data of its president or directors.

This contract will be available for consultation directly on the company's official website.

CLAUSE 6 – RISK

The CONTRACTING PARTY declares to be aware that all financial operations involve market risks, and there is no absolute guarantee of profit.

However, the CONTRACTED PARTY guarantees compliance with the contractual term of 6 (six) months, respecting the conditions established herein.

CLAUSE 7 – RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTRACTED PARTY

The CONTRACTED PARTY undertakes to:

a) Maintain the platform in operation;

b) Provide the returns according to the contracted plan;

c) Comply with the contract term.

CLAUSE 8 – CONTRACTING PARTY RESPONSIBILITIES

The CONTRACTING PARTY agrees to:

a) Provide truthful data in the registration;

b) Respect the platform rules;

c) Acknowledge the risks involved in the operation.

CLAUSE 9 – TERMINATION

This contract may be terminated in case of breach of the clauses established herein by either party.

CLAUSE 10 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

This contract is signed electronically and has legal validity between the parties after acceptance of the terms by the CONTRACTING PARTY on the platform.
